QR Scan Notifications

By default, thanks.io notifies you if someone scans your QR code provided in a message template, mailing list, or via API/Zapier.

You can disable it in settings:

If you want to notify other email addresses of a QR scan, you can add those emails to the message template being sent. You do not need to add your account email, it gets notified by default:
