My Recipient Address Is Wrong?

'No Stat Addresses' are labeled by the USPS as 'inactive' (or, vacant.)

Thanks.io blocks these addresses from mailing lists by default, since they are almost guaranteed to be returned and not delivered.

Sometimes the 'no stat' status on a property can take months to update. If you believe the address you're trying to add is valid, then you can request it be updated by the USPS via calling the AMS office to request they change the status.  You can to the the AMS office at  https://postalpro.usps.com/ppro-tools/address-management-system

and enter the 5 digit zip code in the form and click on "locate" to find the relevant AMS office to call.
