You can set a list-specific QR code, just enter the URL you want to send people to on the left where it says 'Tracking URL' after opening any mailing list:

Adding a QR to the Tracking URL will supersede ANY other QR code.
The pecking order is:
Mailing List > Message Template > Zapier/API
