Thanks.io is extremely powerful in the way it can handle data that pertains to your recipients.

Data is the oil that powers your business. You can leverage it to personalize mail to each individual recipient totally automatically.

Additionally, when events happen that you want to report back to your CRM, you will often require other identifiable information in order to make those automations possible.

For that reason, you can include additional info with each recipient.

The following additional variables are available to store in thanks:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • DOB

  • Custom1, Custom2, Custom3, Custom4

Use this information to schedule annual campaigns, customize QR codes on an individual basis, or customize content within the messages or dynamic designs of cards.
