Order Error Settings

Edited

To access settings for duplicate errors or no-stat errors, click on the gear icon and then click 'Settings.'

There are two settings available:

If you encounter any of the errors regarding:

  • 'no-stat' addresses are properties the USPS describes as vacant and are unlikely to be received by anyone. Technically, it means no mail has been sent to that address in the past 90 days according to the postal service.

  • Incorrect address: Some component of the mailing address is bad, be it an error or typo with the street, city, state, or zip.

These can be controlled by the above settings.

Note, that if you disable these protections, you may inadvertently send mail that will cost you money and be returned to you. In the event this happens and the safeties are off, we cannot consider any refunds.
