Why does my order status say error?

The specific reason for each error will be shown. The most common error is 'Address Incomplete or Missing' and 'Address Undeliverable.'
 
All orders are subject to address verification and other gate-checkers to ensure that:
  • No duplicates are sent.
  • The address is real and deliverable, according to the USPS.
This ensures that there is no wasted money, or resources printing mailers that will go straight into the trash. When orders complete, you only pay for the mailers that actually get printed.
 

There are a few reasons why your order status might be saying error: 

  • You have tried to send to the same address on the same day.

    We put in this feature to stop zapier/api's from sending a bunch of cards to the same address. 
  • Your CSV file wasn't parsed correctly. 

    Formatting errors may cause addresses to be missing or incomplete.
  • Your Zapier zap isn't set up right. 

    Common culprit is the format of the address.
  • The recipient address is bad. 

    If entered all on 1 line, format should be Street, City, State, Zip with commas.
