When Do Orders Ship?
Postcard, Letters and Notecard Orders
When an order for postcards or letters is submitted, it will give you a one hour window to cancel before it's processed and printed. Once this one hour window passes your order cannot be cancelled and goes into the system to process, print and mail.
Orders placed after 11am Central time will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends or after 11am Central time on a Friday will not be printed until Monday morning. Average time to process during regular business hours is 24 hours.
Postcards, notecards and letters are sent USPS First Class. Typically this means the card will arrive at the recipient's address 5-7 days after USPS picks up. Please note the estimated delivery time is given by USPS and is only an estimate based on their scheduling.
