Campaign Not Triggering

Symptom: Campaign is enabled but no mail sent

  1. Confirm both an Image Template and a Message Template are assigned to the campaign action.
  2. Confirm the mailing list has recipients that are not all marked invalid or suppressed.
  3. For Days After Added campaigns, confirm the delay period has elapsed for the recipients in the list.
  4. Review the Billing History for billing errors.

Symptom: Campaign fired for some recipients but not others

  1. Check each skipped recipient for an "Invalid" address status or suppression list membership.
  2. Check whether skipped recipients were mailed within the last 36 hours - Duplicate Prevention will block them.
  3. For Birthday/Holiday campaigns, confirm skipped recipients have valid birth dates or that the target date is set correctly.

Symptom: "Duplicate Prevented" on expected campaign orders

Duplicate Prevention is working as intended - the recipient received mail within the last 36 hours. To avoid this:

  1. Stagger campaign timing so recipients aren't targeted by two campaigns within the same 36-hour window.
  2. Check whether a recipient appears in the source list more than once.

Symptom: evenFLOW campaign paused unexpectedly

  1. Check whether the list still has eligible recipients. Add new recipients to resume.
  2. If you want the campaign to loop after exhausting the list, enable the loop option in the evenFLOW settings.
