Creatives
A creative is a saved, named mail design - one front design paired with one message - that you pick when you send, start a campaign, or call the API.
Creating a Creative
Build a creative step by step - choose the mail piece, make the front (upload, inspiration, Canva, Street View, or your own AI), write the message, then name and save it.
Creative Defaults & Sharing
Set a default creative per mail piece, duplicate a creative to make a variation, share a creative with another account, download its front, hide it, or delete it.
Front Designs (Image Templates)
A creative's front design is an image template. Make or change it in the creative wizard - upload, Canva, an inspiration, a Street View design, or ThanksAI Studio - and use its ID in the API.
Messages (Message Templates)
A creative's message is a message template - the handwritten-style text, handwriting, QR code, background, and gift card settings. Edit it in the creative wizard or during a send, and use its ID in the API.
Branding (Brand Builder)
Branding stores your company identity - name, logo, colors, phone, email - fills it into every message via replacement variables, and sets the default back, notecard interior, and letterhead each mail piece prints.
Print Specs & Safe Zones
Pixel dimensions, safe zones, bleed, and cut lines for every thanks.io mailer type.
