QR Tracking Overview
Every mailer can include a unique QR code that fires real-time notifications, tracks scans in analytics, and triggers list automations.
Enabling QR Codes
Add a QR code to a mailer's message to make every piece trackable - set it once on a creative, or on the Message step of a single send - or track a QR code already printed in your own front design.
Dynamic QR URLs
Use replacement variables in your QR URL to create a unique per-recipient link on every mailer - enabling personalized landing pages and CRM pre-fill.
Use a Custom Field as the Full QR URL
Set the QR Code URL to ~CUSTOM1~ so each recipient's QR code points to the complete URL stored in their custom field - ideal when your CSV already has a unique link per row.
QR Scan Notifications
Get notified instantly when a recipient scans your mailer - via email, SMS, or webhook.
Global Scan List
The Global Scan List (All QR Scans) automatically aggregates every scan recipient across all mailers into one list for easy follow-up campaigns.
Lead Board
Work everyone who scans a QR code on your mail or calls your AI receptionist as a lead - each becomes a card you move through New, Contacted, Follow Up and Done, with notes and stage webhooks.
QR Analytics & Export
View scan rates by creative, design, message, mailing list, and campaign in Analytics, and export scan data for CRM import and reporting.
