Data services are pay-per-use features charged separately from your mailer per-piece costs. You only pay for what you use - no monthly quotas or minimums.

Address Append (email → physical address)
Converts a known email address into a physical mailing address. Useful for e-commerce operators, insurance agents, real estate professionals, and anyone who has a database of contacts with email addresses but no physical street address on file. Match rate is typically 60-80%.

The same lookup is available from the HubSpot app's mailing list card for a contact that has an email but no street address.
Email/Phone Append (physical → email or phone)
Converts a physical mailing address into an email address or phone number. Also powers the Append on Scan automation - when a recipient scans your QR code, their email or phone is automatically appended to their recipient record.

Radius Address Search (Neighbor Blast)
Finds all deliverable addresses within a radius of a given property. Used by real estate agents for Just Listed / Just Sold campaigns and local businesses targeting nearby households.
Charged per address returned. A Radius Search mailing list purchase buys at most 2,500 records at a time. Because the records are charged for whether or not you mail them, a purchase made via the API or Zapier is limited to 5 records while API Test Mode is enabled - dashboard purchases keep the full 2,500 either way.
Because this is a per-record spend, an identical Radius Search purchase from the same account is refused within 24 hours of the first one, and the response returns the mailing list ID from that first purchase so you can use the records you already paid for. VisitorView (website visitor → physical address)
Identifies visitors to your website and appends their physical mailing address, enabling automated follow-up mail.

Print Protect
An optional anti-smudge coating applied to mailers before printing. Charged per piece. Useful for high-stakes or premium campaigns where print presentation is critical.
