Exporting Lists
Exporting a mailing list downloads all recipients as a CSV file. Use exports to back up your lists, cross-reference with your CRM, or prepare data for analysis.
How to export
- Open Mailing Lists in the sidebar and open the list you want to export.
- Open the list's ⋮ menu and choose Export CSV.
- The download starts automatically.
The same menu has two more exports:
- Export scan results - the pieces mailed to this list whose QR code was scanned, one row per recipient.
- Export lead source - for lists bought with Radius Search, the source data for the records you bought.
On the Free plan, Export CSV and Export lead source are unavailable and marked (Business plan).
What's included in the export
The CSV export includes the standard recipient fields:
- First name, last name
- Address, city, state, ZIP
- Company (if present)
- Email and phone (if present)
- Birthday (if present)
custom1-custom10(if populated)
Engagement data (QR scan history) is in Export scan results rather than the recipient export. To export everyone who has scanned any of your mail, open the All QR Scans list and use its Export CSV. Order history exports are on Reports → Orders; see Exporting Reports.
