How do I cancel my account?

thanks.io has no contracts, so you can change your subscription at any time. Note that your signup bonus credits are a one-time offer and will not be re-issued if you resubscribe later.

Step 1 — Go to your subscription settings

Click the Billing option in the settings menu, or go directly to Billing → Subscription.

Step 2 — Downgrade to the Free plan

Set your plan to Free to stop the recurring $49/month charge.

Step 3 — Turn off any active campaigns

Campaigns will continue to send on the Free plan (at Free plan pricing) unless you disable them. To stop them, go to the Campaigns tab in the left-hand navigation, open each active campaign, and toggle it to Off.
