These videos were recorded on an earlier layout of the dashboard, so some screens and names differ from what you see today. A front design and its message are saved together as a creative: go to Creatives in the sidebar and click New creative (see Creatives and Creating a Creative). Mailing lists are under Mailing Lists, and you send from Send Mail (see the Send Mail Walkthrough).
