Can I cancel or deactivate a gift card that has not been received by the recipent?

Can you cancel or deactivate an unused gift card a client didn't receive? 

Although we can't cancel the mailing of a gift card once the one hour window has passed, if your recipient did not receive the gift card or you need to cancel the gift card for a different reason, please reach out to support@thanks.io and we will assist you.  Please include your email the account is under and the order number and name of the recipient when emailing.
