Can you cancel or deactivate an unused gift card a client didn't receive?
Although we can't cancel the mailing of a gift card once the one hour window has passed, if your recipient did not receive the gift card or you need to cancel the gift card for a different reason, please reach out to support@thanks.io and we will assist you.
