There are a few reasons why your order status might be saying error:
You have tried to send to the same address on the same day. (we put in this feature to stop zapier/api's from sending a bunch of cards to the same address)
Your CSV file wasn't parsed correctly.
Your Zapier zap isn't set up right. (common culprit is the format of the address)
The recipient address is bad. (if entered all on 1 line, format should be Street, City, State, Zip with commas. )
