There are a few reasons why your order status might be saying error:
- You have tried to send to the same address on the same day. (we put in this feature to stop zapier/api's from sending a bunch of cards to the same address)
- Your CSV file wasn't parsed correctly.
- Your Zapier zap isn't set up right. (common culprit is the format of the address)
- The recipient address is bad. (if entered all on 1 line, format should be Street, City, State, Zip with commas. )
